Every client has different needs, so freelancers have to stay flexible and adaptable. Sometimes, the best approach is to carefully line up your shot like a sniper. Other times, the best approach is to shoot from the hip…with a shotgun!
Across a year of designing and animating for Skechers’ social media platforms, I created over 175 full-concept videos - providing a wide range of visuals to streamline their creative content process and help them reach as high as 27k likes.
With collaborators like Snoop Dogg, The Rolling Stones, Spy x Family, Jen Stark, and Martha Stewart, each bringing their own unique visual style, there was never a dull moment.
Wormhole Whimsy
When faced with the challenge of creating a themed animation for the upcoming sci-fi game “Wanderers”, I knew right away that a mind-bending time loop was in order. Initial sketches made their way into Photoshop for a rough composition layout. After assembling the loose storyboards into a timed animatic, details were reworked and elements were rebuilt, animated, and composited within After Effects.
Sculpting With Sincerity
Created as the final challenge for the rigorous twelve week Animation Bootcamp with School of Motion, this animation delves into the transformative power of craftsmanship. Guided by the provided VO, music and storyboards, I utilized a variety of animation principles alongside audio editing to breathe life into the project and showcase my growth from the program.
